Saint Jerome Larbelee is the Former Deputy Defense Minister for Operations of Liberia and Current Head of Secretariate of the Rice Committee.

Mr. Larbelee earned a Bachelor of Theology Gbarnga School of Theology (Now United Methodist University)2000; a BA Degree in Political Science, United Methodist University, 2007; and a Master of Arts Degree in Social and International Studies with emphasis in Conflicts and Security Studies, from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom,2009.

Also, Mr. Larbelee has dozens of Certificates in security, governance and Gender Studies; he’s currently a University Lecturer and a PhD Student with (ID # 09019940)-Research Topic: A critical examination of land rights laws, titles of security of tenure of lands: a historical and current source of insecurity, conflicts and a challenge to rural development in Liberia. University of Bradford, United Kingdom (2003).
