About the Rice Committee
The Rice Committee on July 15, 2024, established a three-man Secretariat to carry out the day-to-day routine activities of the Committee. Although the Committee has no offices, no funding yet to meet its budgetary needs, the Secretariat is temporarily lodged in the offices of the Mr. David K. Vinton on Broad Street. Heading the Secretariat is St. Jerome Larbelee, former Deputy Minister of Defense.
